糖心视频 Goals for Student Achievement
糖心视频鈥檚 goals for student achievement are established through a collaborative process involving multiple constituencies. These goals are contextualized by the college鈥檚 mission to be 鈥渃ommitted to learning that transforms lives and communities鈥 and it鈥檚 Five-Year Strategic Plan. The following goals for student achievement were designated as priorities (鈥淭ier One Goals鈥) when established in July 2012 by the college鈥檚 Administrative Council, a standing committee comprised of both elected and ex officio members:
- To promote completion (measured by graduation/completion and transfer rates)
- To promote job placement after the earning of a credential (measured by job placement rates)
- To promote success in developmental studies (measured by developmental course completion and success in gateway courses)
- To promote enrollment as a measure of interest in the programs and services offered(measured by total enrollment in credit and non-credit courses)
GOAL 1: To promote COMPLETION (measured by graduation/completion and transfer rates provided by IPEDS data)


Goal 2: To promote JOB PLACEMENT after the earning of a credential (measured by job placement rates)

Goal 3: To promote SUCCESS in developmental studies (measured by developmental course completion and success in gateway courses)




Goal 4: To promote ENROLLMENT as a measure of interest in the programs and services offered (measured by total enrollment in credit and non-credit courses) Unduplicated Headcount for Fall and Program Year
