What inspired you to choose Culinary and Hospitality as your field of study, and what drew you to this program specifically?
My Job at All Steak inspired me to learn more about how to make good food from scratch and showed me how amazing working in the food industry could be!
What is one hands-on skill or experience you鈥檝e gained here that has most prepared you for a career in the industry?
Multitasking and time management are two of the most valuable skills I have learned here so far.
Can you share a class, project, or moment that made you feel confident you chose the right path?
The pride I felt completing and succeeding at my first practical exam, I did that and I was so nervous about demonstrating my knowledge.
How do you see this program helping you achieve your future career goals in culinary or hospitality management?
I see this program helping me with team work, accountability, and inspiration, which are all skills that will help me achieve all my goals for the future!
