- seasoned roasted pork layered on toasted focaccia with ripe tomato slices, melted provolone, and basil pesto aioli. Served with your choice of chips.
Slow-Braised Asian Pork Stew 鈥� zh奴r貌u d霉nc脿i - $8
- Fork-tender pork slow-braised with sweet peppers, onions, and sweet potato in a rich, dark, deeply savory-sweet broth infused with aromatic Asian flavors.
Cripy Chicken Schnitzel and mash - $8
- Crispy, golden-breaded chicken schnitzel served over creamy mashed potatoes and finished with a savory mushroom gravy.
CHULETAS la pasta - $8
- Fajita-Style Chuletas "Pork Chop" & Fettuccine Seasoned, tender grilled bone- in chuletas, served over fettuccine tossed with saut茅ed bell peppers and onions, finished with crumbled cotija cheese and bold fajita-style seasoning.
Murgh Makhani 鈥淏utter Chicken鈥� & Root Vegetable Salad - $8
- Tender dark meat butter chicken and fragrant Arborio rice paired with cilantro, onions, cucumbers, roasted root vegetables, and crispy roasted kale, served over fresh romaine tossed with a vibrant roasted tomato dressing.
All meals include a choice of sweet tea, tea or water.

Directions to Peinhardt Conference Center: Use the following GPS Coordinates for easy navigation to the School of Nursing and Center for Science: 34.07519掳 N, 86.78493掳 W. From Highway 31, turn onto Francis Dodd Drive at the campus North Entrance. The Center for Nursing and Science building is located on the right, with parking on the northwest side. Upon entering the building, proceed downstairs to the Conference Room level.
