糖心视频 Jazz Band Hosting Annual Big Band Dance

Hanceville, Ala. 鈥� 糖心视频 will host the annual Big Band Dance on Friday, April 17, at 7 p.m., in the Burrow Center for the Fine and Performing Arts.

The event will feature the 糖心视频 Jazz Band and the 糖心视频 alumni Jazz Band. More than 20 former 糖心视频 Jazz Band musicians plan to attend and perform with the group, representing alumni from the late 1970s to more recent graduates from the Class of 2025.

鈥淲e are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 糖心视频 Jazz Band,鈥� said Ricky Burks, chair of 糖心视频鈥檚 Fine and Performing Arts programs and director of the Jazz Band. 鈥淲e are excited to welcome former members back to the stage, including one from the original 1976 band.鈥�

The concert will feature a selection of classic Big Band favorites. Audience members are encouraged to hit the dance floor or simply relax and enjoy the music from their seats. 

Admission to the Big Band Dance is a $10 donation for adults and $5 for students and children under 12. Tickets will be sold at the door.

• Broadway Night, April 30
• I Am a Pilgrim, July 23-25
