ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ Women Pull Away at Motlow State for 84–56 Non-Conference Win
Lynchburg, Tenn. — ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ women's basketball shook off a slow start and turned in another strong all-around performance Saturday, rolling to an 84–56 non-conference road win at Motlow State.
The Lions led by just three after the opening quarter, taking an 18–15 advantage into the second period. ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ began to assert control in the second quarter, turning up the defensive pressure and outscoring the Lady Bucks 27–14 to build a 45–29 halftime lead.
Wallace continued to pull away after the break, extending the margin to 67–42 by the end of the third quarter before cruising through the final period to secure the 28-point victory.
Ball movement was a significant factor in the win, as the Lions recorded 22 assists on 31 made field goals, consistently finding open shooters and creating high-percentage scoring opportunities.

With the win, ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ improves to 13-0 on the season. The Lions will return to action Monday, January 5th, with a road trip to Reinhardt University for a 1 p.m. tip.
