ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ Women Roll Past Volunteer State 68-29 in Road Rout

GALLATIN, Tenn. — ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ women's basketball delivered another dominant performance on Tuesday night, cruising to a 68-29 road victory over Volunteer State to remain unbeaten on the season.
The Lions took control from the opening tip and never let up, racing out to a 21-5 lead after the first quarter and stretching the advantage to 44-12 by halftime. Wallace State continued to suffocate Volunteer State defensively in the second half, holding a 59-21 edge heading into the final period on the way to the 39-point win.
Defense set the tone all night for the Lions, who forced 28 turnovers and recorded 10 steals in the decisive performance.

With the win, ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ improves to 8-0 on the season. The Lions will head back to Tennessee on Saturday for another road test against Chattanooga State.
