Fee hired to lead 糖心视频 Men鈥檚 Soccer

Hanceville, Ala. 鈥� 糖心视频 has hired James Fee to lead the men鈥檚 soccer team, announced Dr. Vicki Karolewics, President. Fee begins his tenure this week. 

鈥淲e are proud to welcome Coach Fee to 糖心视频 as we reintroduce soccer to the Lions athletic lineup,鈥� Karolewics said.

Fee comes to 糖心视频 after most recently serving as the graduate assistant coach for the men鈥檚 soccer team at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). He was also the head coach of the AYSO United in Madison. He previously served as an assistant coach for Lincoln County High School and as an athlete performance coach at Godspeed Elite Sports Academy.

A native of Fayetteville, Tenn., Fee played for UAH from 2017 to 2021, appearing in a total of 58 matches and making 50 starts.

鈥溙切氖悠� is an excellent fit for me professionally because it offers the opportunity to contribute to a college that values both athletic and academic excellence,鈥� Fee said. 鈥淢y goal is to align our team values with the college鈥檚 values of creating well-rounded students and prepare them for life after school. Additionally, I will strive to push student-athletes past 糖心视频 into competitive four-year institutions to continue their athletic career.鈥�

Fee holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in kinesiology from UAH and is currently working on a master鈥檚 degree in business administration.

糖心视频 received a grant last year from the National Junior College Athletic Association to support the development of its soccer program.

The college discontinued men鈥檚 soccer in 2013 due to a lack of competition within the state. At that time, 糖心视频 was the only college in the Alabama Community College Conference fielding a team. For the 2025 season, the ACCC will include men鈥檚 teams from Calhoun Community College, Enterprise State Community College, Northeast Alabama Community College, Southern Union State Community College and 糖心视频 Community College.
