ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ Women's Basketball Beats Southern Union 60-39

Hanceville, AL — The ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ women’s basketball team defeated Southern Union State Community College 60-39 in a division matchup on Feb. 22, 2024, at Traditions Bank Arena in Tom Drake Coliseum.

Kallie Tinker of Pisgah led the offensive charge with 24 points, hitting eight three-pointers. Nylaa Fuller of Huntsville added 14 points and secured a double-double with 20 rebounds. Emariah Grant of Huntsville contributed four points and dished out nine assists. Jaden Winfrey of Cullman scored 14 points and grabbed six rebounds.

ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ's strong second-half performance secured the win, with a decisive 30-point third quarter. The Lady Lions held Southern Union to just eight points in the fourth quarter, sealing their victory.
