糖心视频 Oneonta hosting Open House on August 16

ONEONTA, Ala. 鈥� 糖心视频 announces it will hold an open house on Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2022, in advance of the first day of classes for the Fall 2022 semester, which starts on Aug. 18.

Students who are registered for classes in Oneonta for the Fall 2022 semester are encouraged to attend to see where their classes will be held, meet faculty and staff, and get other information about the college. The event is also open to anyone who may be interested in attending classes at 糖心视频.

鈥淲e are excited about the Fall 2022 semester and are eager to welcome students to classes at the Academic Center and the Technical Center,鈥� said Lauren Wilson, Director of Oneonta Instructional Site. 鈥淓nrollment has been growing every year since classes first started in 2016, and we鈥檙e proud to continue expanding our outreach and services to the people of Blount County and surrounding areas.鈥�

The 糖心视频 Oneonta facilities have grown to encompass two locations, with the Academic Center and the Technical Center offering classes leading to degrees and certificates in several programs. The Academic Center is home to classes for Liberal Arts/General Studies, University Transfer and Adult Education. The Technical Center houses Machine Tool Technology, Mechatronics, Electronics & Robotics, and Welding programs. There are also plans for new career and workforce development programs to soon be offered in Oneonta.

During the Open House, new and potential students may tour the facilities at both locations, meet with faculty and staff and ask questions.

The Open House will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. The Oneonta Academic Center is located at 101 1^st Ave. W., and the Oneonta Technical Center is located at 728 2^nd Ave. SE.
